If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We believe in the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

2. Once you have received your return authorization, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories.
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. If the product is used and open we won’t exchange or return it.

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including opened or used skincare products for hygiene reasons. Additionally, any items that are personalized or made-to-order cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
